How do you cut a thin metal in half?

I have a real thin flat metal....
I tried to use a scissor, but that doesn't work.
I tried a knife, but that doesn't work.

How do I cut it in half? Do I need to take it to the repair shop somewhere and ask someone to cut the metal for me?

How do I cut it?

You should be able to use a pair of wire cutters to cut a piece of metal this size.
Ask your neighbor if you don't have a set of wire cutters.
