+ any suggestions would be cool, just nothing too expensive. Which on is the best in your opnion/experience?

i don't believe in diet pills and that's because i seen the effect pills have. the sister of my boyfriend is always taking them but even if she gets results (anyway they are very small) after a while she puts on even more weight
