Core Training and Doing Push Ups, Help!?

When I do a pushup especially if its the right way (elbows 90 degrees) I get tired from it and my body shakes or trembles when I'm doing the pushup. I think i need core training. Anybody know of any links or any info on how to get a better core or pushup

I heard that planks can build up your core. If you can already manage quite a number of push ups before you tremble, you should be fine. If it's just the first few, you only need to practise more often. Don't strain yourself. Just do one more when you are at your limit. Slowly build up your strength. Good luck!
