how often should I take a calcium supplement as a young male who does not drink milk daily?

I am a male college student and I take a multivitamin and work out a few times a week, but i do not drink a glass of milk a day. How often should I look at taking a calcium supplement with my multivitamin?

Take 1300 milligrams a day in 2 doses. Vitamin D is necessary to process it. Be sure you're getting your Vitamin D, from sunlight or from eggs and meats. Also, Vitamin A helps process Vitamin D. Vitamin A is used best as beta-carotine. Be sure you are taking both. Be sure that you are getting plenty of potassium as well. Many nutrients work together.
