what should i expect to pay for glazing or installing glass private home ?? Square foot price or hourly?

You can do that yourself and save buckets of money, spending money only on glazing compound and glazing points if necessary. If the glass is broken, get it all out of the frame, removing all the old dried glazing compound - easier said than done - and then install the new glass, held in by the glazing points, and putty them up making them look smooth.

If the glazing compound has broken down and cracked wtih some of it falling out, chizel it out and then put in the new glazing compound.

I would not use the latex glazing compound in the caulk tube, but buy a quart or gallon bucket.
