Is there anything i can use in an average house that would be a good resistance band?
i need to get faster for football, tennis and general fitness. I was looking for sprint drills etc on the web and then i came across resistance bands. i know what they are but they are all really expensive and my parents won't let me buy them and i don't know anywhere that would do them for free and i was wondering if there was anything a could use in an average home?
