Will it hurt to put my metamucil powder into a pill?
I got the berry flavor and i just cant stand it in any drink i try.
I didn't want to waste it tho, so I put it into some empty pill capsules i had (for crushed vitamins) and it seems to be just as effective.
But I was just wondering if it was okay or if there was any problems with me doing this.
No i think it's fine. Just make sure you drink plenty of water.
I have the berry one too and i hate the taste of it. May i ask where you got empty pill capsules from? I want to do the same haha, i can't drink it =
