Do you buy pre-made chicken and beef in the grocery store to use in recipes?

I buy rotisserie chicken, perdue short cut and frozen beef fajita strips when on sale and use them to make some easy meals such as quesedillas, chicken pot pie, chicken salad, etc. Do you use these meats in any recipes and do you have ideas to share that would help me come up with more meals to make.

I like the rotisserie chickens and stuff but I ususally make my own main course meals....the premade food always looks gross
