Is there any way to control my urge to eat a lot of food without using any kind of drugs?

I have no self control when it comes to eating. I cant help myself. I want to be able to have the power to say enough is enough. Sometimes when I am full, I still want to eat! I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate it a lot. I am pretty serious too, so if you are not going to give me a serious helpful answer then dont bother writing anything. I dont want any stupid answers from anyone, just any helpful suggestions will do.

There is usually a reason you want to do this....like you need that comfort feeling that you are not getting from somewhere else. It would help to be in a support group of people who also have this problem.
Drinking a lot of water helps.
Don't keep sweets and unhealthy snacks in the house.
Keep carrots and celery and low calorie snack foods cut up
and ready to use.
Get a diet buddy that you can talk to....that will keep you
accountable but not put you down.
know that you are not alone....LOTS of people have this
problem including me!
praying about it helps
Find something else to do when you feel like you are full
but still want to eat.
Dump out leftovers real fast before you think about it.
