Inches Sauna

Is it possible to lose inches off your body by wearing a body sauna suit?

I bought a body sauna and it claims, that you lose inches by sweating! Is it true? Have anyone used it before? Please let me know. thanks,

If your body is holding water weight it is possible to sweat it off, but it won't make a huge difference in your size, and it isn't exactly healthy. You can do it the safe and free way by reducing your sodium intake, which will lower the amount of water your body retains.
