Hoodia Ultra

I going to get one of these and i was wondering which one would work better?

Diet pills. Yes i know they are bar for you and don't work much, but i need something to give me more energy and to suppress my appetite.

I was looking into getting Lipo 6 or Slim quick ultra (they no longer carry slim quick hoodia which i was going to try)

Which one is more effective?

I am personally taking the Lipo 6 (regular version). I have dropped about 5 Lbs in about 2 weeks with it. It isn't the pill that makes you lose weight, but it does give me the energy to pump out a little more at the gym, helps curb appetite a bit and is also a great substitute for soda, as it has about 200 Mg of caffeine.

When using this product (or other thermogenics) cycle it. Use it for no more than 2 months, because it will start to lose effectiveness after this amount of time. Make sure your calories don't fall to low as this is a very effective appetite suppressant.

Remember, without an exercise or nutrition plan, pills and supplemetns will do nothing.
