Herbalife Sleep

Can anyone tell me about it?

I'm not looking for a professional opinion at this point, I just want to see if anyone has an idea what this could be? My arms and my hands get really numb at night and especially toward morning, while I sleep. I do not exercise regularly and I'm on the "herbalife" diet. It works pretty well but this way began before I started the "herbalife". Any ideas?

Try sleeping in a different position or in a recliner and see what happens. Mine do it sometimes without real cause, but so rare i do not think anything of it.
