Full Color

Why do highlights cost more than full color?

This Aveda salon in San Francisco charges more for partial and full highlights than for "full color." Wouldn't full color be more expensive?

full color takes less time to apply-and you pretty much just put it all over. when hilighting it takes skill and time-not just mushing some color thru, not to mention the foil and the bleach are more expensive. especially if you get a toner afterwards-thats like a hilight and a full color technically
