How do i slim down fat in my butt and thighs fast?

I'm a 15 year old. I've a nice figure but my butt and thighs are kinda big for my figure. Any exercises or diet to slim the fat down?

Anyone who tells you that you can slim down fast is trying to sell you something - I guarantee it, because it just doesn't work. If there was something like that (flush your colon crap) then Doctors would know about it and tell us all, but more importantly, the rich and famous ( like Jennifer Lopez)appearing in embarrassing bathing suit photos in rag magazines would have heard about and bought any quick fix. To lay it on the line exactly as it is, not just you, but all teenagers, need to quit eating so much fast food and sugar and exercise more.
You may have inherited a weight distribution that you aren't happy with, but unless you make changes that you plan change for the rest of your life, then learn to love what you have.
Just extra fat is only one of the effects of the food that your generation will be eating for 60 or more years and is why your generation will be the first generation to have a shorter life expectancy than your parents. Heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and obesity are the direct result of so much fat, junk food, and lack of exercise of kids today. It makes me so sad, because this is how kids are raised, a way of life that is so difficult to change after we get you addicted to it. What a horrible legacy. You would feel so much better, mentally and physically, if you ate better and rode your bike more. Good luck. I really really hope that you will care enough to make some changes.
