What vitamin can i take for energy? no diet pills please?
I am looking for a vitamin that would help with energy during the day. I have none. I'm sleepy and want to take a nap around 2-3 in the afternoon, which totally screws up the rest of my night if i give in and take a nap. Of course diet pills help but they get me too wired and i don't like the way they make me feel and i don't what to take them forever. I would much rather take a vitamin supplement daily to give me energy. Any suggestions?
I have been taking fish oil pills, I read in my mom's Fitness magazine that taking a fish oil pill will help speed up your body's energy and also burn calories.
Vitamin B also is a very good choice, or sometimes I feel like I have a burst of energy after I consume a banana, for potassium
