Caps Omega

Is it ok for a nursing mom to take omega-3 caps?

I ask because I was going to start taking them but it says to ask a doc if you are preggo or a milker. I don't think I should make a doc appoint for this quesiton - do you?

Of course, with any medication or vitamin or supplement, there are some stipulations when it comes to breastfeeding moms and such but I don't see why there would be a problem, I take fish oil capsuls everyday and my doctor knew about it and said that it was perfectly fine!

Omega 3s can help us lose weight (unwanted fat) and maintain a stronger leaner body.
